Mary Gurgone is a professional educator, trainer and workplace leader in gender equality. Mary's experience spans theory, policy and practice as they apply to community, government and commercial organisations. While most of her work has been in Australia, she has also delivered education and training programs in Italy and has undertaken volunteer teaching in Peru. She has led change management programs both for her post-graduate studies as well as for strategic organisational change.
