This Course is Excellent, bu all means.
Teaches the Nuances of all the Roles: Leader, Manager, Mentor, Trainer and Coach.
The Trainer Kris Plachyis awesome. Excellent Delivery Skills.
I really enjoyed this course, found that it applied to many of the experiences I already had as a manager and gave me tools to use when discussing or approaching my employees.
The Thought Model embedded in this course is a must for any Manager-Coach, it's an excellent model to coaching teams. I am emerging a better Manager-Coach out of this course!!!
