It should have readings or show more strategies on how to do a better onboarding. A weak point of all the course. Every week have websites to lear more but the part of recruiting and onboarding no.
This class is awesome and the teacher really knows her stuff. It is so much better than trying to read a whole Human Resource book to learn to apply the principles. I recommend this course.
The unannounced pop-up questions were not needed. It somehow distracted me in couple of occasions. The Course is very well designed and narrated, especially the Recruitment and Selection part.
I have learned a lot from this course and appreciated both lecturers on how the explained each topic. I will definitely use the knowledge gained from this course and apply it to my job.
